Chablis is a fine example of a medieval Burgundian village. As admired for its hilly landscapes as for its Burgundy wines, Chablis now has an international reputation for its excellent quality white wines: outstanding finesse, minerality and purity. We have selected for you a 3* gastronomic boutique hotel, nestled in the heart of Chablis. Fine wines pairs with fine cuisine. During this tour, your taste buds are invited to taste the traditional beef bourguignon, a wine-based dish bien sur, to dishes that are 'en meurette,' meaning cooked with lardons and red wine. Such dishes include œufs au vin (eggs), coq au vin and jambon persille (parsleyed ham). All regional dishes are either prepared and/or enjoyed with wine.
