    Arrival in Chablis

    Explore the town of Chablis, which gives its name to the world-famous wine. Enjoy wine-tastings galore in local caves with the seven Grand Cru vineyards of Les Preuses, Vaudesir, Grenouilles, Valmur, Les Clos, Bourgros and Blanchots all sitting on a single south-west facing slope just to the north and overlooking the town. You stay at Hostellerie des Clos (breakfast and evening meal included)

    Chablis Vineyards Cycling

    On today's bike ride you will discover Chablis vineyards. Then, head through the vines to the village of Prehy. Then, in Saint-Bris-le-Vineux, travel back in time as you step down in one of the 12th century cellar before continuing to Irancy a lovely little village with Grand Cru wines, is nestling in the nook of a blind valley, surrounded by vineyards. Then, cycle through forest and farmland to Beine. Do not miss out on the world's largest Vineyard and Corkscrew Museum.

    Grand Cru Trail Walking

    With nearly 100 appellations, Burgundy wine is distinguished by its great diversity (of both red and white) and 'climates,' shaped by soils and very specific geographical properties. The Grand Cru trail, is an easy walk that overlooks many of the Grand Crus plots, and gives a quick glimpse of the Chablis landscape with its vineyards and forest paths. You stay at Hostellerie des Clos (breakfast included)

    Serein Valley Cycling

    Pedal, from Chablis, along the beautiful River Serein valley, discovering pretty towns and villages, including Chichee, Viviers, Tonnerre along the way. Enjoy rolling countryside as you cycle from one town to the next and enjoy a picnic by the Burgundy canal in Tonnerre. Later on, do not miss Hotel Dieu medieval hospital complex (the Hotel-Dieu) constructed at the end of the 13th century and at that time one of the largest hospitals in France.You stay at Hostellerie des Clos (breakfast included)

    Rising up to the highest parts of the Chablis winegrowing area, today’s trail offers you an extensive panorama over the vines, and goes through many old villages such as Courgis dated from Roman times. You stay at Hostellerie des Clos (breakfast included)
