All breakfasts are included.
Meals in Mallorca are usually based around fish, vegetables and pork with plenty of garlic and olive oil. Restaurant evening menus will normally feature a fish of the day and Paella as well as local specialities like Frit Mallorqui and Arros Brut. Pizzerias are also very common on the island so you will never be too far from a very nice stone baked pizza!
Lunch is usually a large meal in Spain and lunch stops can be quite long. You have the option to stop at local restaurants or pick up picnic lunches from supermarkets on the days when lunch is at a monastery as restaurant options are limited.
For breakfast you can expect a continental buffet with eggs, cold meats, cheeses as well as cereal and pastry options.
Mallorca is well known for its sweet treats so when on the island make sure you try the famous Ensaimada (a delicious pastry covered in icing sugar) and the Rubiols pastries which are filled with jam, chocolate and sweet pumpkin.
