However you will find an assortment of meat, vegetable, rice and potato dishes and many examples of the infamous 'Ema Datshi' (chillies and cheese) so there will be plenty of nutrients for your day ahead! Whilst on the trek the meals are cooked by our local team which will take into account passenger preferences and offer an assortment of delicious dishes to prepare us for our treks. Breakfasts are an assortment of hot food and fruit, and lunches will either be a hot picnic or taken at a nearby restaurant.
