All meals are included. Packed lunches are typically made up from the buffet at breakfast. In the evening a three course dinner is served. This is a standard menu that varies through the week. On Wednesdays “a taste of Espedalen” is served – a buffet with warm and cold food that has been a tradition in this part of Norway.

Surina's speciality is of course the cuisine from the land of her birth, Thailand, however she is also adept at Norwegian dishes and international cuisine.
