My name is Apostolis Demertzis and since 2008 i am a certified Mountain Guide of the Hellenic Federation of Mountaineering and Climbing. Since 2008 i am a tour leader and I have been working for many different companies that operate in Greece. I have been guiding people from U.S.A., Holland, U.K. Israel, Australia, Belgium, France, Canada, Spain amongst others. For me being a tour leader is an ideal opportunity to introduce foreign people to the beautiful Greek nature and culture. Authentic Greece is still found away from major ports, international airports and highways and the Greek unspoiled mountains are one of the world’s best-kept secrets. I enjoy offering to my active travelers wonderful hiking experiences. Greece is also a site of major scientific interest thanks to its untouched environment. Is a haven for endangered species and contains a wide diversity of ecosystems.
