I'm Balas. I'm a karoness and I was born in North Sumatra (Indonesia). I have been working as a tour guide since 1990 untill now. Since then I become really interested in being a tour leader because along the year I got a lot of experience from many people who had different backgrounds and came from different countries. It makes me a modest person. Work as a tour leader is a brigde between my country and the visitors. So, I can introduce my country and show them my beautiful country : the culture, nature, the way of life act.
