I am the guy from the region. I was born in Leningrad, I have a Finnish name, my ethnicity is Estonian, I have lived in Sweden. Being a tour leader has been a way of life for me over a decade now. I have worked for several big tour companies and traveled a lot in my region- that is Poland, Russia, Baltic States, Scandinavia, Finland, Lapland.   Estonians can be very critical about their country and we see nothing wrong with that. Some constructive criticism is a good recipe for growth. In Estonia you have a liberty to express your opinion freely and you always have an opportunity to help to improve things. We also have enough space and elbow room for personal space which Estonians like a lot.
