My name is Franciska Fransen I am 31 years of age. I’ve been a tour guide since I was 16 years old. Started as a sight guide and worked myself up to Overland guide.   I am a people’s person, I love meeting new people and sharing the rich history of South Africa. I believe that traveling is like writing a book, every new place you visit and the people you meet is a new chapter in your own book of life.   What I like most about my country SA is that when things get difficult and tough we know how to stand together. That’s when UBUNTU meaning humanity (I am because you are) shines through everybody in this country.   As a tour guide I’ve learned to approach all my tours with mutual understanding and an active appreciation of the value of human differences.   I love the outdoors, reading is how I educate myself and listening to music makes me happy.
